Summary0000828: [common] it need to capture video layer when it try to do a screen shot with using USB keyboard or BT keyboard.

we receive some question.
when it try to a screen shot with using USB keyboard or BT keyboard, only UI can be captured. ( plz see an attached a picture)
why don't support it now? as I heard this feature is supported before.
it need to support this feature.
please help this.

Hi Jason,

May we understand the purpose for this feature ?
AML develop 'screen record' in the early stage of Eagle project.
But the patch may not work since we have a lot modification on kernel driver and Android Frameworks.

As you know, we start to work on Android 10 BSP porting.
Is it OK to postpone this feature till we finish Android 10 ?

SKB try to make an app for filtering.

Demo App Action Process
Screen capture → Play screen discrimination → Deep learning image inspection → Block harmful images
As shown above, screen capture process is necessary to determine harmful images in demo app.
When capturing a playback screen in SKB set-top box, the playback area looks black as shown below.

they used with below API. This issue is similar to this mantis issue. please leave your message.

AML has provide solution on JIRA (https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BTFAML-268).
There is also sample codes and document for reference.
